This 3-hour workshop provides an opportunity for the L&D team to consider different ways of ensuring compliance with the FSA’s principles-based approach to T&C and to mitigate business risk by ensuring all staff meet their commitments to excellence.
Real-life examples and group discussions allow the delegates to consider best-practice policy and its incorporation into their own group development.
