This 2-hour workshop focuses on which persons are covered by the FSA TC Sourcebook, Approved Persons, Controlled Functions and Overseers in the Administration Function.
The workshop will also cover the impact of MiFID and proposed FSA changes to the T&C regime.
The workshop is designed to give delegates the opportunity to discuss each area thoroughly.
Examples from the firm’s own records and documentation will be used wherever possible to facilitate discussion.
