This 3-hour workshop aims to help those people within firms who are responsible for T&C and need to understand their responsibilities in order to ensure that the firm complies with the FSA Training & Competence regime.
The workshop will help delegates identify and correctly categorise staff, provide advice on handling FSA documentation and internal record-keeping, and prepare for FSA inspection visits.
The workshop will also explore how T&C can provide value-added to the business units to ensure a compliant and risk-based approach to T&C.
