Collective Investment Schemes

CPD Hours: 3.5

Aims

This half-day workshop provides a fast-track review of collective investment schemes in the European retail markets.

It will cover Authorised Investment Fund regulations, their marketing and distribution, investment and borrowing powers, fund pricing and dealing.

The workshop will look at new investment opportunities offered by UCITS III and the impact of UCITS IV.

Case studies using real life funds form an integral part of the course, to enable delegates to consolidate the information and provide the basis for group discussions.
