Contact us for more information.This 3-hour workshop is designed for any member of staff having difficulty with the concepts of delegating duties, staff and customer issues, deadlines and meetings.
As this session is run in a workshop fashion, we will facilitate and encourage discussion about how people manage their day and the tips that they can pass on to others.
During the workshop, delegates will be encouraged to develop their own action plan to implement in the workplace.
Objectives:
By the end of the workshop, delegates will have a better understanding of:
- how they use their time at present (and where it is wasted)
- how they can manage their time more effectively
- prioritising – dealing with paperwork, e-mails and phone calls
- delegating – don’t attempt to do it all
- accepting it is OK to just say “No” occasionally
