AIFMD - New compromise proposal

The Presidency of the Council of the European Union has published a new compromise proposal (dated 15 February 2010) relating to the European Commission's proposal for an Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive. The new proposal contains a mark-up of the changes that have been made.
